Job Overview:
A passionate and proactive individual to join its team as a RainbowCare App Volunteer. This role involves managing and expanding the reach of the RainbowCare mobile app, which connects marginalized communities to essential health and psychosocial services, with a focus on mental health and digital advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Update App Content:
Regularly update app content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial reports.
- Support the Finance and Governance Officer in budget planning, monitoring, and forecasting activities to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Promote the App and Engage the Community:
Develop strategies to increase app visibility and actively engage users through campaigns, social media, and community outreach. - Track User Engagement and Develop Insights:
Monitor app usage trends, collect feedback, and generate reports to inform improvements. - Support Users and Troubleshoot Issues:
Provide assistance to app users by addressing technical issues promptly and ensuring a seamless user experience. - Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with other departments to align app initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with an ability to work on digital platforms (no coding required).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in social media management, digital advocacy, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SRHR or working with marginalized communities is highly desirable.
